Costa Rica continuously attracting lots of expats from all over the world. And to be able to live there in harmony with the Costa Rican neighborhood, you should learn to speak their language which is Spanish.
A blog post at Julie And Rick In Costa Rica (link below) shows their quest on learning the country's official language.
Some of the schools that they tried is Epifania and COSI.
