Costa Rica farms

08/27/09 08:59

People generally look for warm weather, sure, but not too hot. Costa Rica is the place where it´s always spring. So right away you get the ideal situation. Costa Rica has many advantages, as the article will show, but basically we have a peaceful (doen´t even have an army!), and democratic, country where corruption and graft are at a minimum. The country is open to expatriates and it will not be difficult to get legal residence. The recommendation is to buy a plot of land, a farm, with which you can do several things: divide it up and sell parts to finance your own house, or turn it into a real farm and plant coffee or local fruit trees, etc. Anything you want!
