Costa Rica: Attractive No More?

Recently, it is reported that more and more American expats leaving Costa Rica and Panama. While there is no clear reason why this is happening, a probable reason for this exodus is Costa Rica's new anti-expat stance. Excessive taxing, less financial incentives to retire in Costa Rica, and such, are probably the reasons why expats choose Panama over Costa Rica.
