Costa Rica land for sale online Interview

By Interviewer at 10/22/09 06:10

Name of your website?

Costa Rica land for sale online

Your name?

Julien

Your Location (city, etc)

Liberia

Please give us a short summary of your website?

It is a real estate website. We fell in love with Costa Rica and want as many people to discover this country. We sell affordable land and properties in Costa Rica, with superb mountain views or amazing beach front properties.

What inspired you to launch your own website?

We wanted to attract more people and inform them that Costa Rica is a dream country to live in and we can help them to fulfill their dream.

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

This is our website about real estate. It's the first one we launch.

How did you decide on a name for your website?

well, we are a real estate, our website name explains what we do.

What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?

We actually live in Costa Rica and has been here for many years. We truly love the country and provide wise advices. We are not here to make big profits but to fulfill dreams.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

Selling all the properties listed on our website :-)

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

We hope so but we don't want too many people buying houses everywhere. We want Costa Rica to keep the charm of a rural quiet country.

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

The biggest problems are with visas, people having banks in different countries. We can recommend people to take care of that

What has been your biggest challenge?

Getting started.

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

Say the truth. We are not salesmen, we sell properties for people with dreams.

How has running your website differed from your expectations?

it is still fairly new so ask me again in a few months :-)

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?

3/4 months

What is your website address?
